Sacred Sexuality Evening Retreat

Join us for an ascended evening experience as we activate your senses through a series of practices and activities that will connect you to your sensuality.  Come with a lover, a friend or indivually, either way, this experience is for singles and couples!

This 2 Hour Evening Retreat Includes:

- Root Chakra/Sacral Chakra/Heart Chakra Meditaiton

- Yoga 

- Sound Healing

- Intention Setting/Writing Workshop

- Cosmic Breathing, Massages, etc.

- Sensory Activation Experience

Clothing/Attire: Wear something comfortable, but makes you feel confident!

*Feel free to bring a yoga mat as well if you have one, if not, one will be provided for you. 

In this workshop you will:

- Have an opportunity to listen and reconnect back to your body and heart.

- Reflect through creative writing and uncover outdated beliefs holding you back from next level love and sex.

- Get clear on your love language and needs

- Explore the areas you want to grow in and explore sexually through intimacy

- Learn 5 new practices that will change your self love, and future/current relationships

*If you are attending as an individual, you will be paired up with other individuals during partner exercises and the sensuality room experience.
